At Integra Skills Counselling, we are always looking for new ways to offer support to our community. This may be with resources for those who cannot afford traditional therapy, it also is with workshops for folks who are looking for more temporary support, or tools to learn and grow.
Building Better Connections - Couples Workshop
This workshop is open to any couple who are looking to improve their communication and deepen the connection with their significant other.
The couples workshop will be held at the Integra Skills Clinic Location at 900 Division Street, Suite 190 C in Cobourg Ontario.
The date for this event is: Saturday, March 25th, 2024.
Start time is: 9:00 am and it ends at 2:45 pm.
There is a 45 minute lunch break.
The price is: $375 plus HST per couple.

Your Workshop Facilitator Kaitlynn Ramadani
Kaitlynn has been working in the area of mental health and personal growth for the past twelve years. She is a trained couples and family therapist and also provides therapy for individuals.
Before becoming a Psychotherapist, she assisted with the care and support of at-risk youth and their families in wilderness settings and workshops.
Kaitlynn is a parent, a wife and has been a part of the team at Integra Skills Counselling for almost a year now.

Substance Use/ Support & Harm Reduction
