Our Process For Choosing An Integra Therapist

At Integra, who we invite to join our team is something we take seriously. We are dedicated to protecting the safety of yourself and your children. First, we find therapists with the skills and training that matches what you, our client, needs and wants. Specifically clinically effective techniques, along with integrative approaches to mental health. Then we follow up with all references, do a personality test assessment, and everyone at Integra must also pass a Working With Vulnerable Sectors Police Check.

To learn more about our therapists, please go to our therapists page.

We are dedicated to holding space for you to explore, expand, and empower yourself.

You are unique – you come with your own struggles, strengths, challenges, values and history. Your therapist is here to support your growth, wisdom and healing. They will work to get to know who you really are, and how you’d like to heal.

A top priority for us is that anyone seeking support should  know that ALL are welcome at Integra Skills Counselling.

Our therapists come from a variety of different lived experiences, which may help you to feel better understood. We are all humans, doing our very best to learn and grow, and just like you, we have faced struggles, healed from pain, and are on our own journey through life.
