Our Therapists Are Trauma Informed, Affirming To All & Offer Support For People Who Are Neurodiverse

Kaitlynn offers supportive therapy in person and online to young people and adults ages 13 years of age and older. She helps couples, individuals and families who are struggling with communication, relationship dynamics, anxiety, sexuality, stress, self-harm, prenatal and postpartum mental health concerns, mood disorders, and trauma. Kaitlynn has lived experience as both a mother and a partner.

Marissa offers supportive therapy online and in person to individuals ages 10 years of age and older. She helps people struggling with ADHD, Autism, depression, anxiety, sleep issues, stress, identity, and big life changes. Before becoming a therapist, Marissa worked as and Educational assistant. She also has lived experience growing up in a military family.

James is a Registered Social Worker and supports clients ages 18 and older. 

He works with folks who are struggling with anxiety, shame, identity issues, LGBTQ+ specific mental health concerns, communication, depression, bullying at school and in the workplace, and grief

James sees clients in person out of our new Burlington location and also offers therapy sessions online

Christy is a therapist who incorporates her skills and experience as an Art teacher and Early Childhood Educator into her work with her clients. She provides therapy in person at our Cobourg clinic and online to children, youth, adults, and seniors. She helps couples, individuals and families who are struggling with communication, relationship dynamics, parenting challenges, bullying, and anxiety. 

Sabine is the clinical founder of Integra Skills Counselling. She offers support for a variety of mental health challenges to individuals, couples and families ages 16 and older. She is experienced in supportive strategies for individuals who are dealing with life transitions, conflict, stress, or anger, or seek support for symptoms related to menopause or peri-menopause, She uses her professional expertise to help youth and adults with Asperger’s/ Level 1 Autism (diagnosed or not) and their families or spouses, along with people who want to improve their relationships
