Meet Our Child & Youth Therapists
Christy provides therapy to children ages 5 and older. She has training in art therapy and is an experienced Early Childhood Educator. She provides therapy in person and online. She helps young ones and their families who may be struggling with communication, relationship dynamics, parenting challenges, depression, bullying, and anxiety.
Nicole offers supportive therapy online and in person to teens, young adults, and children ages 6 years of age and older at our Burlington, Ontario location. Nicole helps her clients deal with challenges and struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, personality disorders, stress, identity, and big life changes.
Kaitlynn offers supportive therapy in person and online for children ages 5 years of age and older. She give counselling to those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, self-harm, and trauma. Kaitlynn has lived experience as both a mother and a partner.
