Our Focus Is On Providing Trauma-Informed, Clinically Effective & Integrative Therapy

Our approach to therapy is one that is focused on using clinically effective methods, along with more integrative, and embodied forms of counselling. This means that along with standard forms of talk therapy, like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy., and Narrative Therapy, we also provide Play Therapy for children, Sand Tray Therapy, and Art Therapy when appropriate or requested. One area of mental health that all of our therapists are focused on is being trauma-informed.
